Eco-Project in Bejuco

This eco-project consists of a large property walking distance to the beach. The front part of the property has parking, is fully fenced and has six rental units. The second half of the property is maintained well and has several plants including fruit trees.

The first building is made from threee shipping containers and has two apartments. The second building has two floors, is made of concrete blocks, contains four more apartments and a giant screened-in yoga deck upstairs. There are also a pool, covered rancho and a half basketball court.

Jaco is around twenty minutes driving, the beach, shopping and public transportation is five minutes away. Bejuco is located between Esterillos and Parrita, is thirty minutes from Quepos and one and a half hours from the SJO airport.
