Booking & Service Fees
Booking sites charge excessive service fees to the renter as well as to the owner of the property. A $2,000 monthly rental incurs over $200 in booking fees to the renter so if you make a reservation for 5 months, you will pay at least $1,000 in non-refundable fees.
Realty Costa Rica charges zero booking or service fees to the renter. It is important to note that booking sites provide little to no in-person service to their customers.
