This twenty one room hotel has been in operation since 1992 and is being sold with nearly eleven acres of land. The property includes three, turn-key businesses including a hotel, restaurant, brewery, and tour center.

The property has over three thousand three hundred and twenty four square meters of construction, it has great visibility of the surrounding areas, and serves as a prominent stopping point for locals, travelers and guests.

The hotel rooms are available as four-bed or two-bed suites and some with fireplaces. Nine of the rooms can be upgraded to include a kitchette. Additionally, there is a large pool and jacuzzi, laundry facilities, tennis court, nature trails, local wildlife, lush gardens and green zones, plus a stellar bar, restaurant and dining area with fireplace and a great view of Lake Arenal.

The hotel has a 26.4 kilowatt, grid-tied solar power system on the main building’s roof, making it ninety percent solar powered. In addition, there are seven evacuated-tube, solar hot water collectors which provide all the hot water. There is an eight gallon per minute natural spring on the property which provides fresh water to the hotel and there is also a city connection that supplies guests with high-quality drinking water.

The hotel’s surrounding 10.98 acres has been kept free of pesticides and agrochemicals since inception. There are ample space for greenhouses and additional food production. The hotel’s well-established landscaping, including many flowering plants and magnificent trees, is also home to families of white-faced and howler monkeys, as well as an array of flora and fauna.

Nuevo Arenal is located approx twenty minutes away, La Fortuna and Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia are approx one hour from the hotel.
