This beautiful home is in a remote part of the Guanacaste Peninsula located between Tamarindo and Nosara referred to as “The Gold Coast”. Also mentioned as one of the five Blue Zones of the world, we are on the Nicoya Peninsula. It’s only a 90 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport and a 4 hr drive from the Capital City of San Jose.

The Pacific Ocean is less than 200 metres from the front door and there are magnificent ocean views from all over the property. You can sit on the veranda and watch the sunset every evening at approximately 5:45. Positioned directly behind a small boutique resort, you can enjoy their restaurant and pool for a small fee. It is possible to add a private pool to the property.
